The topic of the presentation is “Variant detection and the challenges beyond: what is needed to implement genetic information for clinical use?“. The meeting aims to present the latest developments and methodologies in the field of sequencing, bio-informatic analysis and functional classification of variants in DNA, RNA and protein. The biennial meeting is organized by “The Human Variome Project“.
