Product Manager (m/f)

Your profile:

> Degree in Life Science (Biology, Medicine), Natural Science, Bioinformatics, or similar qualification
> Experience with processes and workflows in the field of clinical diagnostics preferable

> Bioinformatical knowledge
> Experience in product management for software solutions
> Ability to understand and coordinate complex contexts in consideration of diverging interests
> High personal capacity and extremely team minded
> Excellent communication skills
> Business fluent in both English and German

Your opportunity:

> Cooperation concerning the development of the general product strategy
> Management of product development of the different Genetic Information Management Suite modules

> Definition und specification of features for the modules considering the requests of clients and the market in general
> Collection and documentation of client feedback
> Evaluation and prioritisation of issues and feature ideas regarding the solutions, both internal and external
> Planning and realisation of product development in close cooperation with the science and IT departments
> Reporting within the management team on a regular basis
> Consideration of interests and requirements of all external and internal stakeholders for the product development

Zum Ausbau unseres Marketing- und Sales-Teams suchen wir einen Studenten (m/w) eines Wirtschafts- oder Medien-Studiengangs, der bereits über Kenntnisse im Bereich Marketing und Vertrieb verfügt und aktiv bei der Umsetzung unserer Projekte mitwirken möchte.

Your profile:

> bereits erste Erfahrungen im Marketing- und Vertriebsumfeld
> erfahrener Umgang mit den MS Office Programmen

> gute bis sehr gute englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
> hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
> strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
> Marketing- und IT-Affinität

Your opportunity:

> Unterstützung unseres Marketing- und Sales Teams bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
> Erstellung von Präsentationen, Konzepten und Reports

> Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Werbemitteln (Produktprospekte, Werbeflyer etc.)
> Mitarbeit im Bereich Online-Marketing (Web, SEO)
> Unterstützung in der Pressearbeit, z. B. bei der Erstellung des Pressespiegels
> Durchführen von Kundenmailings – Texten, Erstellen von Serienbriefen und Versand
> Pflegen von und Dokumentation in verschiedenen Datenbanken
> Durchführen von Internetrecherchen
> Erfassung und Pflege von Kundendaten in unserem CRM-System
> Vereinbarung und Koordinierung von Besuchsterminen telefonisch und per Mail
> Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen und Angeboten
> Planung und Organisation von Messe- und Eventteilnahmen

Die Werkstudententätigkeit beträgt 12 Monate mit Option auf Verlängerung mit einer Wochenarbeitszeit von bis zu 20 Stunden. Ihr Einsatzort ist Frankfurt am Main.

Junior Sales Manager (m/f)

Your profile:

  • Degree in Life Science (Biology, Human Genetics, Pharmacology), Natural Science, or a similar qualification
  • Ability to understand the basics of human genetics and diagnostics
  • Experience with processes and workflows in clinical diagnostic laboratories preferred
  • Experience or affinity for sales mandatory
  • Strong customer focus and business acumen
  • High emotional intelligence, empathy, and solid active listening skills
  • Excellent communication and presenting competence
  • Enjoys working in a team
  • Business fluent in both English and German, French would be a plus
  • Knowledge of CRM and MS Office software, especially Excel and Power Point
  • The position is based at the company headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%

Your opportunity:

  • Identification and development of strategic accounts according to the company strategy
  • Active Key Account development through phone calls and face to face customer visits
  • Consultative sales approach
  • Lead generation through cold calling campaigns
  • Prioritization of follow up activities, demos or implementation projects in close cooperation with the science-, IT- and marketing departments
  • Market research concerning customer needs and desired product features in close cooperation with marketing
  • Collection of market trends, new developments and competitor activities
  • Reporting to the CCO on a regular basis
 according to defined KPI´s
