Collection of personal data

a) Visiting the website

When visiting https://biologis.com your browser will automatically send your IP address as well as day and time of your visit to our server. This information will be stored temporarily in a so called logfile and will be erased automatically. The purpose is to ensure a quick and smooth connection as well as a comfortable use of the website.  

This data will not be used for any purpose other than described above. The legal basis of this processing is art. 6, para. 1f EU-GDPR, our legitimate interest with regard to the purpose described above.

b) Filling out the contact form

If you wish to get in contact with us you can fill out the contact form. You will have to enter a name, a valid email address and the corresponding subject of your inquiry. Further information is optional. We will use your email address to respond to your inquiry.

The legal basis of this processing is art. 6, para. 1b EU-GDPR, for the performance of a contract or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

Once your inquiry is concluded your data will be deleted, provided there is no requirement to keep your data arising from a consequential business relationship, transaction or any kind of legal obligation.

Transfer of personal data to third parties

Your personal data will under no circumstances be transferred or disclosed to a third party unless

  • you have given your explicit consent
  • we are under a legal obligation to do so
  • for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims assuming that there is no overriding, legitimate interest on your side contradicting a transfer
  • for enabling a comfortable use of our website and embedding certain features (see Tools and Plugins)

Tools and Plugins

We have embedded certain tools and plugins for the purpose of making our website appealing to users. This constitutes a justified interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) EU-GDPR.

Google Maps

This site uses the Google Maps map service via an API to visualize our location. It is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. To use Google Maps your IP address is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer. Google Inc. is acting under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework which guarantees a high standard of data protection according to European requirements. MyFonts Web Fonts

For uniform representation of fonts, this page uses web fonts provided by MyFonts. When you open a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly. This website uses the MyFonts Counter, a web analytics service provided by MyFonts Inc., 500 Unicorn Park Drive, Woburn, MA 01801, USA. Due to the license terms, a page view tracking is performed by counting the number of visits to this website for statistical purposes and transmitting them to MyFonts. MyFonts collects anonymous data. If your browser does not support web fonts, a default font will be used by your computer. The passing on of the data takes place by the activation of Java Script code in the browser of the user. In order to prevent the execution of Java script code from MyFonts as a whole, the user can install a Java Script Blocker. This website is using cookies to increase user friendliness. Cookies are small text files which are stored in your device´s browser.
