DrupalCon brings together thousands of people from across the globe who use, develop, design, and support the Drupal platform. Therefore bio.logis GIM is glad to be a sponsor of this international Drupal event and to participate with a company presentation at booth S19.

With numerous talks and sessions about different topics, so called tracks, the convention provides the Drupal community with ideal conditions for training and development. From a total of 500 submissions, a line-up of 132 sessions organized in 13 tracks has been selected for the final program. Markus Kalkbrenner, Chief Technology Officer of bio.logis GIM, is a main speaker of a 60-minute session “Building amazing searches with Search API“ within the track “Site Building“. Together with his Austrian Drupal colleague Thomas Seidl, he will give some background information about the Search API core module for Drupal 8 and its various extension modules. Furthermore, he will explain the applications and benefits using this module.

Besides the official meeting program, the annual event is also a great opportunity to encounter like-minded people. It is the perfect platform to discuss and share new developments and to work in teams on specific projects in so called sprints.

With 2 open positions for software developers, bio.logis GIM is also going to introduce itself as a potential employer for Drupal contributors.
